WOW (Workout of the Week)

My sister and I are training for a 10K in Orlando, FL in March. And today was Race Training Day 2… so on the schedule was “Stretch & Strength.” I love the feeling after doing a really great workout, and today was one of those days. Check out the circuit I did:

Sorry it’s sideways, I couldn’t get it to turn vertical! Just in case you can’t read that:

Squats 20

Push-ups 10

Crunches 50

Lunges 20

Step-ups 20

Plank 1 min

Ski jumps 20

High knees 30 sec

Do this 3 times through with little to no rest.
